Interview: dealing with eyewitness media

We talked about various aspects of sourcing and verifying information residing in social networks. The respective article can be found here.

I talk about sourcing content from social media, verification of eyewitness media, tools to use, best practices and what we do in the EC co-funded project Reveal. View it on YouTube or just click below.

It was a very worthwhile and highly rewarding event: my participation as a presenter and panellist at news:rewired, organised by journalism.co.uk in London on 16 July 2015. I took part in a session entitled “Sourcing stories on social media.”
